Luteal Pilates users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information.
How to Request Deletion
Email luteal.pilates@gmail.com using the email address associated with your Luteal Pilates account.
Use the subject line: Luteal Pilates Account Deletion Request
We may ask you to verify that you are the account owner before completing the request.
Information That May Be Deleted
Depending on your account and use of the service, deletion may include information such as:
- Your user profile and account information.
- Authentication information associated with your Luteal Pilates account.
- Saved application data associated with your account.
- Class-access information that is no longer required to be retained.
Information We May Retain
Certain information may need to be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, transaction-record, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purposes.
Information processed independently by third parties, such as an app marketplace or payment provider, may also remain subject to that provider's own retention and deletion policies.
